Meditation can be found in so many ways, it's just a matter of finding one that works for you. It will help to heal any of many stress-related ailments by bringing your nervous system out of fight or flight and into more ease and flow. No experience necessary!
**there will be light movement, but non-yoga clothes are welcome!**
MEET REBEKKA: She's been in the mindfulness mix her whole life and has specifically been teaching yoga & personal training for over 10 years.
During that time, she's created a hybrid approach to working with individuals that pulls from all of her layers of expertise and meeting the human where he or she is in present mind, body, and soul. Physical movement and care, energy management and refocus, soul connection and clarity are just a few of these layers.
Now, these more modern, yet fully traditional and respectful practices of meditation, yoga, and overall mindful, woke living are her purpose and passion to spread.
