Squats: a functional movement that helps to build strength in the lower body. We do them often in our Build & Burn classes because they are JUST. THAT. GOOD.

1. Stand with feet slightly wider than hips, toes turned slightly out.
2. Keep the weight in the heels and sit hips down AND back, working to get legs parallel to the floor.
3. Avoid allowing the knees to cave in as you come back to the starting point.
4. Keep the core tight as you move through your squat!
