Body Rolling Workshop - October

Are you feeling STUCK or TIGHT in your body from exercise, work, repetitive motions or just every day life? We have the ultimate restoration and release workshop for you.
Led by Jessica LaFalce, body rolling is a form of self myofascial release using various sized balls that aims to undo the restrictions of your connective tissue (fascia) from repetitive motions of daily and recreational life. Similar to foam rolling, body rolling can provide your tissues relief from the constant pressure of trigger points, and return your musculoskeletal system to a more balanced and rested state, enabling you to move your body from a place of improved alignment and with reduced risk of injury.
Jessica LaFalce is a RYT with 500 hrs of training and holds a certification in bodyrolling. She is also a physical therapist assistant with a decade plus of experience, blending the best of both eastern and western approaches to health and healing.
"My passion is to educate and empower my students and patients to embody their unique anatomy, embracing all the quirks and kinks and working WITH the soft tissue (fascia), not against it, to achieve an optimal state of pliability of their connective tissue and overall ease with their movement practice of choice be it yoga, golf, running, walking, etc. Your body is the only place you get to call home for your entire life, let's make it a comfortable one.
