Yin Yoga is a passive practice involving seated and supine poses held for 3 minutes to 5 minutes. Yin yoga works to stretch and target the connective tissue between the muscles and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility in the body. Yin can also help to regulate the body's flow of energy. This class is great for ALL levels of practitioners. Class is 60 minutes and practiced in a 78 degree room.
45 minutes of heart-pumping, HIIT style, full body workout that incorporates hand weights, resistance bands, plyometrics, isometric holds and more. Our HIIT classes will help to build physical strength, burn calories, increase metabolism, improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance, reduce resting heart rate and reduce blood pressure. No two classes will be the same but will always continue to challenge you in the best way! The studio will be heated to 80 degrees, so get ready to sweat.
Our Yoga Flows are varying styles and paces of vinyasa based practices. Classes range from 60 minutes to 75 minutes. Each class will place an emphasis on breath and alignment in the poses. Our Power class will move more quickly through varying series of stronger transitions and postures, sequenced in a safe and mindful manner, to open and strengthen the body and the mind. No two classes will be the same. The studio will be heated to 85-90 degrees.
Our Slow Flow class is a more cued class at a slower pace with gentler movements. This a great class for those just getting back to practice after a hiatus or those newer to the practice of yoga. The studio will not be heated.

Strong & Steady is the perfect combination for those individuals who want their weights, cardio and yoga all within the same hour! With our signature Strong & Steady class you will build muscle, burn fat and get the sweat flowing in the first 30 minutes of class. Think Build & Burn just a little shorter duration. As soon as you finish the HIIT portion of class you will get right into a 30 minute yoga practice. Get the best of both worlds all in one hour!
This 60 minute class is a fusion of Pilates principles and high intensity interval training. Using the tabata method of exercise (20 seconds of going hard, 10 second rest periods) this class provides a wide variety of full body exercises focused on building long lean muscle and a stronger core. It also burns fat, improves circulation, and strengthens cardiovascular fitness. Each class is unique, which keeps your body guessing and constantly improving. All the exercises are low impact so it is safe for all levels of students. The room is heated to 90 degrees so be prepared to sweat!
